12mm Template Profiler Router Bit

12mm Template Profiler Router Bit

Our short and long plate sprung door handles are designed with low-profile backplates, so we’ve had to engineer the spring mechanism to recess into your door.

To install any of our sprung door handles with backplates, you’ll need to cut a square pocket into the door for the mechanism.

Our 12mm template profiler router bit has a cutter that’s the perfect depth for recessing the mechanism (it’s also cleaner and quicker than creating the pocket with a chisel).

Use it with our flat plate routing jig to achieve the correct hole spacing.

  • Designed with a bearing to follow the flat plate routing jig
